High-speed vibration usually above 70–90 km/h is a very common problem among Santro owners in Pakistan.

Main Causes

Wheel balancing issues
Imbalanced tyres are the number one reason for vibration.

Bent steel rims
Santro’s stock rims bend easily on potholes, causing wobble.

Weak o r worn suspension components
Bad tie rods, ball joints, o r shocks increase steering shake.

Misalignment
Poor alignment causes the car to vibrate and drift at high speeds.

Uneven tyre wear
Old o r unevenly worn tyres create vibration on highways.

How to Fix High-Speed Vibration

Get tyre balancing from a quality shop.

Inspect rims replace bent rims o r shift them to the rear.

Perform front-end suspension check tie rods, ball joints, shocks.

Get proper wheel alignment.

Replace tyres if they are hard, cracked, o r unevenly worn.
