Why do the headlight bulbs on my Mercedes-Benz S-Class burn out frequently in Pakistan?

I’ve noticed that the headlight bulbs on my Mercedes-Benz S-Class tend to burn out much faster than expected. Considering Pakistan’s road and weather conditions, what are the common reasons for this recurring issue? Could it be related to electrical problems, voltage fluctuations, o r poor bulb quality in the local market?

Frequent burnout of headlight bulbs in Pakistan is often caused by several factors. Firstly, the local electrical system can be unstable with frequent voltage fluctuations and power surges, which put extra stress on the bulbs. Secondly, poor road conditions lead to constant vibrations and shocks that can shorten bulb life. Thirdly, the quality of bulbs available locally may vary, and non-genuine o r low-quality bulbs tend to fail faster. Additionally, moisture ingress due to heavy rains o r poor sealing can damage the bulbs. Using genuine Mercedes-Benz bulbs and having your vehicle’s electrical system inspected can help reduce this issue.
