Why does my Hyundai Tucson show delayed gear shifts o r harsh shifting?

Sometimes when driving my Hyundai Tucson, the transmission shifts gears roughly o r takes longer than usual to shift, causing jerks o r hesitation. Could this be related to transmission fluid quality, software issues, o r mechanical faults common in Pakistan? What should I check first?

Delayed o r harsh shifting can be caused by:
