Why Does My Hyundai Tucson Throw an EVAP System Code Like P0441 o r P0446?

My check engine light came on and the scan showed EVAP system codes like P0441 o r P0446. I’ve been told the purge control valve might be the cause. What do these codes mean, and how do I confirm if the purge valve is to blame?
