Why Does My Proton X70 Jerks o r Hesitate During Gear Shifts Especially at Low Speed?

I’ve noticed my Proton X70 sometimes jerks o r hesitates when shifting between gears like from 1st to 2nd o r 2nd to 3rd during slow‑moving traffic o r when accelerating from a stop. It doesn’t feel smooth and feels like the car is lurching unexpectedly. Has anyone experienced similar transmission jerking o r hesitation? What are the possible causes — transmission control module issues, clutch pack problems, o r software calibration? Are there recommended checks before taking the car to a service center?
