Why does my Suzuki Swift engine sputter and lose power during high-speed driving?
When I drive my Suzuki Swift at higher speeds, the engine sputters, and I feel a noticeable loss of power. This usually happens when I try to maintain speed on the highway. What could be causing this issue, and should I be worried about long-term engine damage?

Sputtering and power loss at high speeds suggest the engine is not getting enough fuel o r spark under load.
Common Causes:
Weak Fuel Pump: Can’t maintain pressure needed at high speeds.
Blocked Fuel Filter: Restricts flow when demand increases.
Faulty Ignition Coils: Fail to deliver consistent spark at higher RPMs.
Dirty o r Failing MAF Sensor: Provides incorrect air intake readings, affecting fuel mapping.
Clogged Catalytic Converter: Causes back pressure, reducing power output.
Fixes:
Test fuel pressure while driving and replace the fuel pump o r filter if below spec.
Scan for error codes OBD-II to check for MAF o r ignition faults.
Inspect ignition coils and replace any that are failing.
Check the catalytic converter for blockages if theres also heat o r exhaust issues.
