Why does the steering wheel in my Mercedes-Benz S-Class vibrate o r feel loose while driving on highways in Pakistan?
When driving my Mercedes-Benz S-Class at higher speeds on Pakistani highways, the steering wheel sometimes vibrates o r feels loose, causing discomfort and safety concerns. Could this be due to wheel alignment issues, worn suspension parts, o r problems with the steering column? What are the typical causes of steering wheel vibration in this model, and how should I address them?

Steering wheel vibration o r looseness at high speeds is usually caused by:
Wheel imbalance: Unbalanced wheels cause vibrations transmitted to the steering wheel.
Poor wheel alignment: Misalignment causes uneven tire wear and steering instability.
Worn suspension parts: Ball joints, control arms, o r bushings can loosen steering feel.
Loose steering column components: Wear in the steering column o r linkage can create looseness.
Tire issues: Uneven wear, damaged tires, o r incorrect tire pressure worsen vibrations.
Recommended fixes:
Get wheels balanced and aligned regularly.
Inspect suspension components for wear and replace if needed.
Check steering column and linkage for looseness.
Maintain proper tire pressure and inspect tires for damage regularly.
