Why is my Mercedes S-Class showing a Malfunction warning related to the radar sensor?

I own a Mercedes S-Class W222 in Pakistan, and I keep getting a Front Radar Sensor Malfunction message on the dashboard, especially after driving in rain o r through dusty roads. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be due to sensor misalignment o r weather conditions here?

This warning usually appears when the radar sensor used for adaptive cruise control and collision prevention is blocked o r misaligned. In Pakistan, its often caused by dust, mud, o r minor bumper misalignment due to rough roads. Clean the radar sensor area usually behind the front emblem o r bumper and have it recalibrated by a specialist if needed.
