Why is my Suzuki Khybers engine misfiring o r backfiring occasionally?

Sometimes while driving o r starting the car, the engine backfires o r misfires with a loud pop. It doesn’t happen regularly, but it’s annoying and worrying. I’ve changed spark plugs and coil, but the issue keeps coming back. Could this be timing-related, o r is the carburetor sending too much fuel?

Intermittent misfiring o r backfiring is often due to improper ignition timing, weak spark, o r an air-fuel imbalance. A dirty carburetor can cause excess fuel to enter the combustion chamber, resulting in backfire. Also, check the distributor timing and ignition coil output. Loose plug wires o r a cracked distributor cap can cause misfire. Adjusting the timing and cleaning the carburetor jets usually resolves this. Avoid high RPM revving on a cold engine, as it can make the issue worse.
