Why is the headlight brightness so low in my Suzuki Khyber at night?

Even with new bulbs, the headlights of my Khyber are very dim. It’s difficult to drive at night, especially on highways. I’ve tried local halogen bulbs, but there’s no improvement. Could it be due to weak wiring, poor reflectors, o r an issue with the alternator?

Dim headlights are a common issue in older Khybers due to weak alternator output, thin headlight wiring, o r corroded bulb sockets. Even if you use new bulbs, poor voltage supply from old wires reduces brightness. The reflectors inside the headlight housing also fade o r turn yellow with time, reducing light throw. Installing a headlight relay kit, upgrading the wiring, and using good-quality halogen bulbs o r LED conversion can solve this issue.
