Why Is the Tire Tread Wearing Unevenly and Showing Wires on My Hyundai Tucson?
I noticed that one of my Tucson’s tires has uneven tread wear and some wires are showing. What could cause this? Could bad road conditions o r incorrect tire pressure be responsible?

Uneven tire tread wear that exposes wires is a serious safety concern. Common causes include:
Incorrect tire pressure — underinflation o r overinflation causes uneven contact with the road.
Misaligned wheels causing tires to scrub unevenly.
Worn suspension components leading to improper tire contact.
Frequent driving on potholes, rough o r unpaved roads, which are common in Pakistan.
Tire quality — low-quality o r old tires are more prone to premature wear and wire exposure.
What to do:
Check and maintain recommended tire pressure regularly.
Inspect and correct wheel alignment.
Replace worn suspension parts.
Use good-quality tires suitable for Pakistani roads.
Replace tires immediately if wires are visible, as they can burst and cause accidents.
