Y ONLY HOT AIR FROM FAN IN MEHRAN (knob @ BLUE/RED

dear freinds
i just got a Mehran few days back,
when i turn the fan ON it only gives hot air, whether the knob is on RED or Blue position,.,,.,
some1 has told that there r some pipes that need 2 b detached,.,
can any 1 help ?

The new VX Mehran's (ie not factory installed A / C) have a "padaishe" manufacturing defect that the hot air only give out the blower, heater and lights. The A / C technician will simply refurbishing.

The only prob is that the Red and Blue thing is not cutting the hot air from the heater.
