Are Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Pakistan prone to front bumper and underbody damage due to low ground clearance?
With so many speed bumps and rough roads in cities like Lahore and Karachi, my Mercedes often scrapes the ground, especially from the front bumper. Is this a common issue with C-Class and E-Class models in Pakistan? Are there any recommended modifications o r protections to reduce damage?

High and unmarked speed breakers
Potholes and broken roads
Uneven driveways o r ramps
This leads to frequent scraping o r damage to:
Front bumper lips
Underbody plastic covers
Oil sumps o r exhaust components in severe cases
Solutions include:
Installing front bumper guards o r skid plates
Adding spacers o r slightly higher-profile tyres consult a professional to avoid suspension issues
Driving sideways over speed bumps to reduce impact
Using air suspension modes if available to raise height temporarily
Regular inspection of the undercarriage is also recommended if you frequently drive in poor road conditions.
