Yes, several owners complain that the Wagon R’s AC struggles to cool effectively during intense summer heat, particularly in cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Multan. Reasons include:

Undersized AC compressor: It may not be powerful enough for extreme temperatures.

Small cabin blower fan: Limited airflow reduces the cooling impact.

Engine load: Using AC in traffic while the engine is idle o r at low RPM causes weak performance.

Cabin insulation: Poor insulation allows heat to enter easily.

Solution:

Ensure AC gas levels and condenser health are checked regularly.

Keep the cabin clean and sunshades up to reduce heat buildup.

Park in shaded areas and allow the hot air to escape before turning on the AC.

If performance is still lacking, some users opt for aftermarket compressor upgrades, though this may void warranty.
