Is steering vibration at high speed in Suzuki Every a serious issue?

When I drive my Suzuki Every above 80 km/h, the steering starts to vibrate slightly. It gets worse on the highway o r when I go over potholes. I’ve checked the tires and they seem okay. Could this be related to the steering system, alignment, o r suspension? What should I get checked first?

Yes, steering vibration at high speeds can indicate several issues. While its not always dangerous, it can lead to premature wear of tires, suspension, o r steering parts.

Common causes in Pakistan:
Unbalanced o r bent wheels

Worn tie rod ends o r ball joints

Improper wheel alignment

Loose steering rack o r control arms

What you should do:

Get a wheel balancing and alignment done

Inspect the steering linkage and suspension joints

Rotate the tires and check for uneven wear o r bulges
