Do Suzuki Swift tyres wear out faster on Pakistani roads?

I’ve heard complaints about the Suzuki Swift’s tyres wearing out sooner than expected, even with normal driving. Is this due to alignment issues, poor-quality stock tyres, o r the rough road conditions in many Pakistani cities and highways?

Yes, premature tyre wear is a common complaint among Swift owners in Pakistan. This can be due to:

Poor road conditions, such as potholes, gravel, and uneven surfaces.

Frequent braking and sudden acceleration in city traffic.

Misalignment o r unbalanced wheels, especially if the car hits speed breakers o r potholes at speed.

The OEM tyres provided by Pak Suzuki often General Tyres are not known for durability.
To reduce wear, it’s recommended to:

Check wheel alignment every 6,000–8,000 km.

Rotate tyres regularly.

Upgrade to a better tyre brand for improved tread life and road grip.
