Does poor fuel quality in Pakistan contribute to emission problems in the DFSK Glory 580?

Does poor fuel quality in Pakistan contribute to emission problems in the DFSK Glory 580?

Given variability in fuel octane, adulteration, etc., do owners find that using lower/heretofore impure fuel causes emission‑related issues knock sensor warnings, misfires, bad exhaust smell, carbon buildup? How does changing fuel type e.g. hi‑octane vs regular o r fuel source affect emissions? Is there a significant difference in maintenance / part‑replacement if fuel quality is poor?

What owners report:

Several owners believe that fuel quality low octane o r adulterated fuel is a cause of recurring sensor errors like knock sensor warnings, misfires. Using higher octane fuel is frequently suggested.

In some cases, issues persist even with higher octane fuel, but many say that after switching fuel, some symptoms improve less missing, smoother driving.

Evidence / cost impact:

The presence of replacement oxygen sensors in local market implies replacing them to manage emissions is somewhat regular.

Replacing fuel/air filters, spark plugs, sensors are the common remedial steps, which cost in thousands of rupees depending on part and labour.
