How durable are the exterior lighting components headlights, tail lights, fog lamps under local conditions?

With exposure to strong sun, dust, rain and possible water splashes from monsoon, how do the exterior lights fare over time? Do owners report clouding o r yellowing of headlamp lenses, moisture ingress, burnt out bulbs, fog lamp damage? How often do these need replacement o r repair?
