How often should I replace spark plugs in a Wagon R given Pakistan’s fuel quality?

I’ve driven my Suzuki Wagon R around 25,000 km mostly in city traffic Karachi. I haven’t changed the spark plugs yet. Considering Pakistan’s fuel quality and frequent idling in traffic, how often should spark plugs be changed? Is there a specific mileage o r symptoms I should watch for?
