Is it safe to drive a Mercedes-Benz in Pakistan with low ground clearance on uneven roads?

Many Mercedes-Benz models have low ground clearance, which may pose a risk on poorly maintained o r uneven roads in Pakistan, especially in rural areas o r during monsoon seasons. How can this affect the safety of the undercarriage, suspension, and overall vehicle control? Are there modifications o r driving practices recommended to prevent damage?

Mercedes-Benz vehicles, especially sedans and luxury models, are designed for smooth roads and typically have low ground clearance. In Pakistan, road conditions can vary greatly, and potholes, speed breakers, and unpaved roads are common. Driving with low clearance on such roads increases the risk of damaging the underbody, suspension, oil pan, o r exhaust system, which can lead to costly repairs o r even accidents.
Precaution: Use raised air suspension if available, drive slowly over bumps, and avoid poorly maintained roads when possible. SUV models like the GLC, GLE, o r G-Class are better suited for such conditions.
