Is the fuel tank capacity in compact Mercedes models too small for long-distance driving in Pakistan?

Owners of smaller Mercedes models like the A-Class, GLA, o r C180 often feel that the fuel tank usually around 50 liters is not enough for highway trips between cities in Pakistan, especially with AC running. With limited access to quality fuel on highways, is this small tank size a common problem? Do drivers have to refuel more often, o r are there tips to extend range without compromising comfort?
