Is the Suzuki Wagon R’s cabin too noisy and poorly insulated?

A number of Wagon R users in Pakistan complain about engine, tyre, and wind noise entering the cabin even at moderate speeds. Does this point to poor sound insulation materials o r lack of proper cabin sealing? How does this affect comfort during highway driving o r in busy city traffic?
