Although marketed as a 5-seater, many Pakistani users report that the rear seat becomes tight for three adults, especially on longer trips. Is the Wagon Rs cabin space realistically enough for a family of 5, o r does it compromise comfort for compactness?

The Suzuki Wagon R is marketed as a 5-seater, but realistically:

Front Seats: Comfortable and spacious enough for the driver and front passenger.

Rear Seats: Can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, but a third adult in the back seat will feel cramped, especially on long journeys.

Shoulder & Leg Room: Due to the narrow cabin, shoulder space is limited in the rear. Legroom is decent for city use but may feel tight for taller passengers.

This makes the Wagon R ideal for small families 2 adults + 2 children. However, for 5 adults, especially on longer drives, comfort is compromised.
