Rear Power Windows Work Intermittently – Kia Grand Carnival 2019

I own a 2019 Kia Grand Carnival in Pakistan, and lately, the rear power windows both sides are acting up. Sometimes they work, and sometimes they don’t respond at all from either the main switch o r the rear door switches. It usually happens more during hot weather. Could this be a wiring issue o r maybe a problem with the window lock system? Any common fixes o r advice from other Pakistani Carnival owners would be appreciated.
