What are the symptoms of a bad purge control valve in Suzuki Wagon R?

I’ve been hearing strange noises and experiencing rough idling in my 2016 Suzuki Wagon R. Could these be signs of a faulty purge control valve? What are the usual symptoms I should look for to identify purge valve issues?
