What Could Be Causing Rough Reverse Gear Engagement o r Gearbox Jerks When Shifting Into Reverse in My X70?

Sometimes when I select Reverse gear in my Proton X70, the car feels like it jolts o r jerks as it begins to move backward, especially if I press the accelerator gently. Is this a known issue with the transmission control o r torque converter in these cars? Has anyone found this related to transmission fluid condition, software calibration, o r a mechanical fault? What diagnostic steps o r service solutions worked for you?
