Why do only the rear windows stop working in my Wagon R?

Both rear power windows in my 2021 Suzuki Wagon R stopped working simultaneously. The front ones are working fine. Could this be a wiring issue o r something to do with the child lock feature on the main window switch panel?

If both rear windows stop working at once, but the front ones are fine, consider the following:

Window lock child lock engaged: On the driver’s control panel, there is a window lock button. If this is on, the rear switches will not respond.

Master switch malfunction: Even if the lock is off, a fault in the master switch can cut power to the rear windows.

Shared wiring failure: The rear windows often share a common power line o r ground wire. If this wire is damaged, both windows may stop working.

Rear switch failure: If the main switch doesn’t work but the individual rear door switch does or vice versa, the issue is switch-related.

Start by disabling the child lock and testing again. If no response, a multimeter test of the wiring o r replacement of the master switch may be necessary.
