Why do the headlight bulbs in my Suzuki Wagon R keep burning out quickly?

I’ve had to replace the headlight bulbs in my Suzuki Wagon R multiple times within a few months. What could be causing the bulbs to burn out so fast? Is it a common problem in Pakistan, and what can I do to fix it?

Frequent headlight bulb failure in Suzuki Wagon R is a common complaint in Pakistan and can be caused by several factors:

Voltage fluctuations: Poor electrical system health o r weak battery charging can cause bulbs to burn faster.

Poor quality bulbs: Using cheap, low-quality bulbs can drastically reduce lifespan.

Loose o r corroded bulb sockets: This causes intermittent connection and arcing, damaging the bulbs.

Excessive vibration: Rough roads and potholes common in Pakistani cities can loosen bulb fittings o r damage filaments.

Overheating: Faulty cooling o r wrong bulb wattage can cause bulbs to overheat and fail quickly.

Tips: Use genuine o r branded bulbs, ensure solid electrical connections, and have your charging system checked by a mechanic.
