Why do the power door locks on my Suzuki Wagon R stop working suddenly?
All four door locks on my 2019 Suzuki Wagon R stopped responding to the remote key and the interior lock/unlock switch. I’ve checked the car battery and remote battery, and both seem fine. Could it be a blown fuse o r a central locking module issue?

When all power door locks stop working at once, the problem is usually electrical and not related to individual actuators. Common causes include:
Blown fuse: Check the fuse box under the dashboard o r near the battery. Look for a fuse labeled “D/L” Door Lock o r “Power Lock” and replace it if blown.
Faulty central locking control module: This module manages the signals from the remote and door switch. If it fails, all doors may stop responding.
Damaged wiring o r connector: A loose connection near the drivers switch panel o r under the dashboard can cut off the power supply.
Dead car battery: If the battery is weak, power accessories like locks may fail to operate correctly even if the engine still starts.
Fix: Start by checking the fuse. If its fine, have an electrician check continuity from the switch to the control module. Replacing the control module may be required if its faulty.
