Why does the coolant level in my Mercedes keep ping — is it a capacity limitation o r a hidden leak?

Many Mercedes owners in Pakistan notice that their coolant reservoir slowly empties even when there are no visible leaks. After filling to the recommended capacity, the level still s again after a few weeks. Is this due to the coolant system not holding enough volume for Pakistan’s high temperatures? o r could it be related to pressure cap failure, air in the system, o r evaporation under engine heat?
