Why does the engine of the Suzuki Wagon R vibrate excessively at idle o r low speeds?

A common performance complaint is engine vibration, especially when the car is idling o r moving slowly in traffic. Is this due to the three-cylinder engine design, weak engine mounts, o r some other mechanical problem?

Excessive engine vibrations in Wagon R are common due to:

Its 3-cylinder engine, which naturally produces more vibration than 4-cylinder engines.

Weak o r worn-out engine mounts, which fail to absorb vibrations.

Poor tuning o r idle setting from the ECU o r throttle body.

Low-quality o r contaminated fuel can cause rough idling.

Solution:

Check and replace engine mounts if worn out.

Perform throttle body cleaning and ECU reset during tuning.

Use higher-grade fuel and avoid long idling in traffic.
