Why is my Suzuki Wagon R’s power window going up very slowly?

The driver-side power window on my 2017 Wagon R moves up very slowly and sometimes gets stuck halfway. It rolls down more easily. Is this a motor issue o r something related to the window tracks o r lubrication?

A slow-moving power window usually means there’s friction o r resistance somewhere in the system:

Dry o r dirty window tracks: Dust and grime can clog the rubber window guides, making it harder for the glass to slide up.

Weak window motor: Over time, the motor may lose torque, especially in hot climates.

Worn window regulator: The regulator mechanism inside the door might be worn o r bent, causing resistance.

Low battery: Weak battery voltage can cause slow motor performance.

Apply silicone spray o r rubber-safe lubricant to the window channels and see if performance improves. If not, a mechanic can test the motor and regulator for wear.
