Why is my Wagon R AC blowing warm air intermittently while driving?
While driving on the highway, I noticed that the AC in my 2020 Wagon R suddenly starts blowing warm air for a few minutes and then returns to cold. This cycle keeps repeating. I’ve checked the gas and basic AC components. Could this be a problem with the compressor clutch, thermostat, o r some electronic sensor issue?

Intermittent warm air followed by cooling is usually a compressor clutch o r thermostat issue.
Possible Causes:
Overheating of compressor clutch coil – It disengages under heat, then re-engages when cooled.
Faulty pressure switch o r thermostat sensor – These are responsible for regulating cooling cycles.
Moisture in the gas line – Caused by improper vacuuming before gas refill moisture can block the expansion valve.
Electrical fault in AC relay o r wiring – Causes the compressor to cut off intermittently.
What to Do:
Get the clutch coil resistance and thermostat sensor checked.
Replace the AC relay if it’s clicking on and off frequently.
Ensure system was vacuumed properly during last refill.
Tip: This issue often appears more in summer o r after gas top-up from unqualified technician
