Why is my Wagon R’s AC airflow weak even though the cooling is fine?

The AC in my 2020 Suzuki Wagon R cools properly, but the airflow from the vents is very weak, even on full blower speed. The blower motor seems okay, and the system was serviced recently. Could a dirty o r clogged cabin air filter be the reason? Where is this filter located and how often should it be cleaned?
