Hyundai Introduces the Ioniq 9 Electric SUV, a highly anticipated three-row EV designed as a counterpart to the Kia EV9. Built on the E-GMP platform shared across Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis models, this flagship SUV showcases exceptional performance and versatility. Powered by a massive 110.3 kWh battery, the Hyundai Ioniq 9 Electric SUV offers multiple configurations, ensuring a blend of efficiency and power to cater to different needs.

Impressive Performance Across Variants
The Ioniq 9 Electric SUV features three powertrain options, starting with the Long Range RWD model. This variant delivers 214 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque, achieving a WLTP range of up to 385 miles. For those seeking more power, the Long Range AWD version adds a front motor, while the Performance model boasts dual motors generating 428 hp, accelerating from 0-62 mph in just 5.2 seconds. Despite its size, the SUV maintains a top speed of 124 mph.

Advanced Charging and Innovative Design
Charging efficiency is a standout feature of the Hyundai Ioniq 9 Reveals, with a 10-80% recharge achievable in just 24 minutes using a 350 kW charger. It also includes a vehicle-to-load (V2L) system for external power use. Inspired by the SEVEN Concept, the Ioniq 9 incorporates Parametric Pixel lights and digital wing mirrors to enhance aerodynamics, achieving a drag coefficient of 0.259 Cd.

Spacious and Sustainable Interior
The Hyundai Ioniq 9 Electric SUV offers a luxurious interior with a 123.2-inch wheelbase, eco-friendly materials, and six- or seven-seat configurations. The cabin integrates a curved 12-inch dual-screen display for instrumentation and infotainment, premium audio options, and advanced connectivity features. Sustainable materials like recycled PET fabric and eco-leather reflect Hyundai's commitment to sustainability.

Safety and Global Availability
Safety is paramount, with Hyundai equipping the Ioniq 9 with features like Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 2, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, and 10 airbags. Launching in Korea and the U.S. in early 2025, the Ioniq 9 will reach European and global markets later in the year.
