Capital Development Authority (CDA) has extended their facility of provision of the shuttle bus service to travelers and tourists from Islamabad to Murree in order to facilitate the people, who want to visit this beautiful tourist point. Thousands of people visit this city every year and especially on special holidays, snow the fall, or during the severe hot weather in order to enjoy the cold weather and hilly station. This shuttle service will run from Bhara Kahu to Lower Topa and this bus will department from the terminal after every 90 minutes the fare of Rs.100/- will be charged to each passenger on account of a one-way trip. Children under the age of 12 years and citizens, who are over the age of 65 years, will travel on this bus for free. The chairman of CDA said that this shuttle service will reduce the traffic rush on the Murree Expressway during the peak seasons and it also helps the tourists to travel to this hill station at a very reasonable rate.
