KPK Govt Is Going To Establish Pakistan’s First Ever Motor

In order to promote travel and tourism in the country, the government is planning to launch various projects. Recently Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has taken an initiative to promote the auto industry in the province and provide a proper platform to the motorist and sports lover of the country. In the decision taken, by the KPK government, it is announced that the government will establish a Motor Sports Arena at Kheshgi, Nowshera.



The Motor Sports Arena will be built under the Sports and Tourism Department, Govt of KPK. The Sports and Tourism Department discussed the project in detail with chief minister of KPK Mehmood Khan. He was told that department has a plan to construct Off-Road Track Circuits, Asphalt Track, Practice Tracks Circuits and Drag Race Track. According to the department the service stations, workshops, petrol pumps and garages will also be built under the project of arena.



The department also has a plan to construct towers having terraces for the audience in the Motor Sports Arena. The pavilion will have space for 3.000 persons. Shopping malls and food streets are also part of the project.



The officials of the Sports and Tourism Department briefed the CM KP that the Motor Sports Arena would be built on the land of 1175 Kanals and it would cost 100 million. The plan was wowed and approved by the chief minister. The CM directed to build the Sports Arena as it is the need for the development and promotion of the sports.
