Toyota Aqua 2018 Revealed

Toyota Aqua is not a very famous car around the world but it is currently the most popular and bestselling car in Japan as 40,000 units of Toyota Aqua or Toyota Prius C have been sold in Japan only in Q1 of 2017. 
The car is smaller and affordable version of the large sized Toyota Prius due to which it is called the ‘baby Prius’. Now, Toyota has decided to refresh the Aqua car with facelift in 2018. Important features of Aqua 2018 include styled louvers near fog lights, a large hexagonal shaped air intake and new narrow LED headlights with daytime running lights at front. At the rear, you will get new vertical taillights, more squared rear bumper and a dark tint. In the new version, known as Toyota Aqua Crossover, Toyota has made a rugged SUV design by turning away from the traditional hatchback looks.
In the face lifted Toyota Aqua, you will get a revised interior styling and a new standard TFT touch screen infotainment system. Apart from facelift, Toyota is providing a brand new TRD (Toyota Racing Development) body kit for Aqua. The features of this TRD Toyota Aqua include larger LED headlights with daytime running lights, fog lights, large hexagonal grille, side skirts, a chin spoiler, rear twin exhaust pipes and bigger wheels. There is also 100bhp hybrid hatchback in the latest car.
Power is provided by 1.5 liter engine while the fuel economy of the car is 38 km/l due to the combination of better engine and hybrid control system. Comparatively, the fuel economy of Crossover is 34.4 km/l.
