All power windows in my Elantra stopped working at once — what should I check?

I own a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and none of the windows are responding to the switches. Is there a master fuse o r relay that controls all power windows? Could this be a body control module issue?

If none of the windows are working, check these key components:

Main power window fuse: Look for a 20A o r 30A fuse labeled P/Window o r similar in the fuse box.

Power window relay: This relay may have failed, cutting power to all windows.

Window lock button: Ensure the window lock button on the driver’s door isn’t engaged.

Battery voltage: A low battery o r charging system problem can affect electronics.

Body Control Module BCM: This computer manages window operations. A fault here may require dealer diagnostics.

Start with the fuse and relay, then test the switch and battery voltage. BCM issues are less common but possible on newer models.
