Are Hyundai Elantra bumpers prone to misalignment after minor accidents?

After a small hit in Lahore traffic, my Elantra’s bumper seems slightly out of alignment and created a noticeable gap. Is this a common structural flaw in Elantra models assembled o r sold in Pakistan?
