Are There Known Paint Quality Issues with Specific Elantra Colors in Pakistan?

I’ve heard from other Elantra owners that certain colors like metallic silver o r white have more paint durability issues than others. Is there any truth to this? Which color options hold up best in Pakistan’s weather and road conditions?

ased on owner feedback in Pakistan, there are some anecdotal trends with certain Elantra colors:

Metallic Silver and Dark Gray: Often fade faster in sun-exposed areas due to metallic flake breakdown.

White Polar White o r Atlas White: Tends to yellow o r stain in industrial cities due to pollution, especially if not regularly washed.

Black o r Deep Blue: Show scratches and swirl marks more prominently.

However, no official recall o r paint bulletin has been issued for specific colors in Pakistan. It’s more likely that the maintenance routine and exposure to sun o r pollution play a bigger role than the actual color choice.

Tip: If you live in a city with high heat o r dust, opt for lighter colors like silver o r white, and invest in regular detailing o r coating to preserve the paint.
