Blower Is Working but No Cold Air Comes Out – Is My Suzuki Every’s AC Gas Finished?

The blower fan is working fine, but there’s no cooling from the AC vents. It just feels like normal air. The van is a 2014 model and hasn’t had AC service since I bought it in Rawalpindi a year ago. Could this be due to low AC gas, o r is it a leak in the system?

Yes, if the blower fan works but there’s no cold air at all, the AC gas is most likely very low o r completely empty.

Other possibilities:

A leak in the AC system – possibly from an old hose o r evaporator coil.

Clogged expansion valve o r filter dryer, blocking refrigerant flow.

Faulty pressure switch, stopping compressor activation.

What to do:

Get a leak detection test using UV dye o r nitrogen pressure test.

If a leak is found, replace the faulty part before recharging the gas.

Ensure the blower filter is clean and airflow isn’t blocked.
