Rear AC Not Cooling Properly in My Suzuki Every – Is There a Fix?

The rear AC vents in my Suzuki Every high-roof model are not blowing cold air, while the front AC works fine. I drive in Islamabad and often carry passengers. Is this due to low gas, a clogged rear cooling line, o r just poor design in these Japanese models?

This is a known issue in Suzuki Every high-roof models with rear vents. The cooling doesn’t reach the rear efficiently due to:

Low refrigerant gas pressure – not enough to push cold air to the rear.

Partially clogged AC lines o r rear expansion valve.

Poor insulation o r weak rear blower motor.

What to do:

Recharge the AC with proper gas quantity and pressure.

Flush and clean the AC lines, especially if the van is older.

Make sure rear blower is functional and the duct pipes are not blocked.

For better performance, some users install a small roof-mounted fan to push cold air to the rear.
