Can I temporarily fix a Jeep Cherokee radiator leak in Pakistan until I find a genuine replacement?

My Jeep Cherokee’s radiator started leaking on a trip near Murree, and I had to keep refilling water to get home. Finding a genuine radiator for the Cherokee is tough in smaller cities. Are radiator sealants safe for temporary use in this SUV, o r could they damage the engine? What’s the best temporary fix until I can get a proper replacement?
