Could my Elantras battery be dying due to parasitic drain o r electrical fault?

Even after installing a new battery in my Hyundai Elantra, it goes dead if the car is left parked for more than 2–3 days. I suspect something is draining the battery while the car is off. Are parasitic drains o r faulty modules common in Elantras sold in Pakistan?
