Fuel quality can vary greatly across Pakistan. Can poor-grade o r adulterated petrol lead to engine sputtering, knocking, o r misfiring in the Suzuki Every, and what steps can be taken to prevent fuel-related issues?

Yes, low-quality o r adulterated fuel in Pakistan can significantly impact engine performance.

Issues it can cause:

Incomplete combustion, leading to misfires o r knocking.

Clogging of injectors and fuel filters.

Fuel pump strain, especially with dirty o r water-contaminated petrol.

How to avoid this:

Refuel only at reputed stations e.g., PSO, Shell, Total.

Add fuel system cleaner additives periodically.

Replace fuel filter every 15,000–20,000 km.

If CNG is used, ensure the kit is tuned correctly and switch to petrol periodically.
