Headlights of My Suzuki Every Have Turned Yellow and Dim – Any Fix?

The headlight covers on my Suzuki Every have become yellow and hazy, making night driving difficult. I bought a 2014 model last year and live in Islamabad. Is this from age o r the sun? What’s the best way to restore clarity without replacing the headlights?
