How can I fix loose o r wobbly steering in my Suzuki Every?

The steering in my Suzuki Every feels loose and unresponsive, especially when driving on uneven o r broken roads in Pakistan. What are the possible causes? Could it be due to worn tie rod ends, bushings, o r the steering rack?
