How can I stop windshield streaking on my Jeep Cherokee during rainy season in Pakistan? Detail:

With the rainy season in full swing, my 2016 Jeep Cherokee’s windshield is giving me trouble. The wipers leave uneven streaks that make it hard to see while driving. I use tap water mixed with shampoo in the washer tank — could that be causing the problem? Are there better alternatives o r treatments available locally to keep the windshield clear?
