How often do ignition coils fail in Suzuki Every vans in Pakistan, and should I replace all at once?

Given Pakistan’s hot weather, dusty conditions, and imported vehicle nature, ignition coil failures are common. Should owners replace a single coil when it fails, o r is it better to change all coils together to prevent recurring issues?
